MEESHEE SCHERREI, MAOL, MAEXCC, ACC
Founder
Meeshee Scherrei (what kind of name is Meeshee? Ask her about it.) is passionate about coming alongside companies and individuals, serving as a thinking partner as stones are uncovered, roads are unblocked and new mindsets and tools are discovered and practiced. She has worked with both large and small organizations with a great deal of success and counts it a privilege to work with people and companies who care to seize the moment and grow.
Background
In her 25+ years of professional experience, Meeshee has worn several hats. Most recently she has worked in Higher Education, but over the years she worked as the Human Resources Director for two local Southern California luxury resort destinations; oversaw Staff Culture and Special Events for Mariners Church in Irvine, CA as the aptly titled "Minister of Joy"; functioned as Copywriter, Event Producer and Programming Director for ThinkinBig Communications and served on the executive team of a highly successful Orange County, CA wealth management firm where she oversaw Human Resources, Marketing, Business Systems & Technology, Corporate Services, and Organizational/Corporate Culture Development.
Meeshee graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. She holds a Certificate in Human Resources and a Certificate in Management and Supervisory Development from the same institution. Additionally, Meeshee earned an MA in Organizational Leadership and an MA in Executive Coaching & Consultation from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University, Irvine. Lastly, she holds an ACC coaching credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Personal
Meeshee believes in the superpowers of vulnerability and authenticity. Those who know her call her disarming and trustworthy. She will listen and ask thought-provoking questions that help her clients feel safe, break harmful patterns and grow in desired areas. When she is not working, Meeshee loves spending time with her family, traveling as often as she can get away, making homemade ice cream, walking on any coastal walking trail she can find, singing in her car and breathing in the mountain air at Bass Lake. Lastly, she has played in the same Fantasy Football league since 2004 and wants you to know that she is a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan who believes wholeheartedly that THIS year <insert present year here!> they are going to go ALL THE WAY!
